Return Policy

As a customer, you have a 14-day return policy (counted from the day the product is received/picked up when purchased from the online store). The product and its packaging must be complete and unused, and any seals or labels must be intact.

If the packaging or parts of the product are missing, or if the product has been damaged, you will be responsible for any costs incurred.

Once we have received the return and verified that it is undamaged, we will refund the amount you paid for the products within 10 working days, excluding any shipping and fees.

If you choose to return your purchase by sending it back to us, please note that you as the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Before sending anything back to us, you must notify us.

For both your and our safety, we recommend securely packaging the return and using a trackable shipping option. If the product is damaged or lost during the return shipment to us, you will be responsible for any costs incurred. Please notify us of your return here.

If you leave the package at the pickup point until it is automatically returned to us, it will be treated as an unclaimed package.
